Fall is one of the most loved seasons, and for many reasons! From the cool weather and cozy sweaters to the heartier foods and pumpkin picking, fall is truly a force to be reckoned with. On top of all of those lovely things, this season is home to some of the best scents for candles! You may love a pumpkin-scented candle, or you may love a woodsy, more masculine, scent. No matter your scent style, you can create your favorite scent that is uniquely you at your local candle-pouring bar. The scents that you pick may actually say more about you than you think, and we’re here to give you some opinions on what your favorite scents may say about you. 

Pumpkin 

If you love everything about pumpkins, this could say some things about you. You may be the type that counts down the days until your favorite pumpkin spice latte comes back. As soon as the weather dips below 80 degrees, in your brain, you’re already pulling out your chunky sweaters and boots, because this is a clear sign to you that your favorite season is approaching. In your friend group, you may be deemed the “mom” friend because you’re nurturing, sweet, and make people feel comfortable, which are also key descriptors of your favorite scent, pumpkin! 

Foody

If you are a lover of food scents during the fall, you may be more into a cozy night-in instead of a crazy night out. You love baking, and when you don’t have the time to make fresh baked goods that fill your place with a delicious aroma, you want it to smell like it with a foody candle! You may have many baking recipes in your arsenal for fall and you look forward to the first cool day to try a new, or old favorite that you can share with those closest to you. You’ll probably recommend some warm apple cider to be paired with whatever delectable creation you’re trying out.

Apple, along with pumpkin, is one of the scents of the season that you can be guaranteed to see almost everywhere. If you like apple scents, you look forward to a crisp fall day filled with apple picking and apple cider drinking. In your friend group, you may be a bit quieter, but everybody knows that you are sweet, loyal, and will always listen. You don’t like extremely punchy scents, and you love apple because it isn’t as in your face as, say, pumpkin. You may not be a baker, but you will try one of your friend's concoctions, especially if apples are one of the main ingredients.

So you may be down to try out a pumpkin, apple, or dessert candle, but deep down, you love crisp, fresh, and masculine fall scents. You love the fresh feeling of getting out of the shower and curling up in your freshly-washed sheets (that you may wash too often) because you love feeling clean.
